BT Performance Coaching specializes in helping athletes of all ages realize their potential, specifically in speed, strength, power, and stamina development. We have years of experience in helping athletes build a toolkit of exercises and routines that apply to their specific needs.
We keep this simple. You commit to working with us for a month at a time for $100. If you like what we do, we ask you to invite friends to join you. There are no long term commitments. This forces us to stay relevant, continue to study our craft, and be creative.
We are extremely flexible and work around your work or academic schedule. Our goal is to maximize your performance and health. We do ask that you see yourself as a "performance" athlete rather than a "fitness" enthusiast. Your goal should be to get faster, stronger, more powerful, and increase stamina.

An initial 60 minute meeting
*Set short term and long term goals
*Develop a training schedule
*Set up training journals
*Set up accounts for video analysis
In Person Meetings
*At least one per week (more if we can agree on times/places)
*Workout design, execution, video anaysis
*Discuss adjustments and challenges
Feedback
*Daily comments on training journals
*Training videos and articles sent regularly
*Video analysis via Zoom
